Cancellation Policy
All scheduled appointments must be cancelled within 24 hours of booking. Any appointment cancelled after 24 hours of booking will result in forfeiture of your deposit. If the customer is more than 20 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation penalty will apply.
In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency (at our discretion), all or part of your deposit may be applied to future services.
Rescheduling Policy
All appointment rescheduling must take place at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you have to reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit. You may reschedule your service appointment by calling or texting (614)-219-9331 or by emailing info@closebyservices.com.
No Show Policy
A "no-show" is when a customer misses a scheduled appointment without cancelling or rescheduling. In this case, the customer will forfeit their deposit.
